A képet egy kiszáradt szikes tó medrében készítettem. Már előző évben kinéztem a témát, de akkor víz állt rajta. 2022-ben viszont már a nyár derekán kiszáradt a tó, így remek kontraszt alakult ki a környezet és a ballagófüvek között. Az utolsó fényekben készítettem el a képet, amikor a növényeknek már hosszú árnyéka volt.

I took this picture in the bed of a dry salt lake. I had looked at it the year before, but it was covered in water. In 2022, however, the lake dried up mid-summer, creating a great contrast between the surroundings and the Salsoloideae. I took the picture in the last light when the plants were in long shadows.
