The picture's main subject, the crane, was photographed at Lake Hula in Israel. This lake is a resting place for migratory birds from Europe to Africa. Tens of thousands of birds migrate over the lake twice a year. The moon picture was taken on the roof of our house in Beer Sheva on a cloudy day in April. The bird picture was taken with a Nikon D5300 camera, ISO-100, f/6.3, 1/800s, at 250mm focal length, with Nikon DX 18-300 lens; the moon picture was taken with a Nikon D810, ISO-504, f/6.3, 1/320s, at 600mm focal length, with Tamron SP 150-600 lens. We often hear that photography makes moving subjects stiff. For this reason, I tried not to use multiple exposures but other distortion solutions to make my Photoshopped image move.
