A fotós egész télen kísérletezett a Népligetben elhelyezett etetőnél, hogy elkapja, ahogy ellenfényben a madarak tollai prizmaszerűen megtörik a fényt. Ilyenkor a színspektrum közel összes színe megmutatkozik egy adott pontban. A madarak nyitott szárnyát lencsevégre kapni nem volt egyszerű feladat.

The photographer spent the entire winter experimenting at a feeding station in Népliget to capture birds' feathers refracting the backlight like a prism. During these moments, almost the entire colour spectrum appears at a given point. Capturing the birds' open wings was not an easy task.
