Egy temető falát sűrűn benőtte a borostyán és a vadszőlő. Amikor elkezdték eltávolítani a növényzetet, a vadszőlő tapadókorongjai és a borostyán léggyökerei megmakacsolták magukat. A munkálatok nyomán előtűntek az amúgy eltakart hajtások finom, filigrán formái, melyek a fehér vakolattal ezüstös ragyogást kaptak.

A cemetery wall was densely overgrown with ivy and Virginia creeper. When they started to remove the vegetation, the creeper's suction cups and the ivy's aerial roots held on stubbornly. The work revealed the delicate, filigreed forms of the otherwise hidden shoots, which acquired a silvery sheen against the white plaster.
