A leánykökörcsin a Budai-hegység egyik legértékesebb, kora tavaszi dísze, amely alkalmazkodott az emberi jelenléthez. Február végén a mező lilába borul a szőrös, nagy szirmú virágoktól, amelyek messziről is feltűnnek. The greater pasque flower is one of the most precious early spring ornaments of the Buda Hills, having adapted to the presence of humans. In late February, the meadow is blanketed in the purple hue of the hairy, large-petal flowers, which are visible from afar. These special plants sway there every early spring, in rain, snow, and storm alike.
