A magas vastartalmú hordaléktól narancsszínűre változott izlandi folyóról számtalan drónfelvétel készült már. Madártávlatból nézve nehéz elhinni, hogy egy sekély folyót látunk. A különleges, absztrakt festményt idéző látvány azonban nem ér véget magánál a folyónál: közvetlen környezete még gazdagabb és változatosabb mintázatokat rejt.

Countless drone shots have been taken of the Icelandic river, which has turned orange from the high iron content of its sediment. From a bird's-eye view, it's hard to believe we are looking at a shallow river. However, the special sight, reminiscent of an abstract painting, does not end at the river itself: its immediate surroundings contain even richer and more varied patterns.
