Pipacsokat akartam fotózni, és arra lettem figyelmes, hogy este bezárják kissé a szirmukat, és csak hajnalban nyitják ki. Reggel még sötétben mentem ki, és megtetszett a szemre hasonlító alakzat. A hasonlóságot csak fokozta, hogy a termője jó megvilágításnál sejtelmes, sárga pupillát eredményezett. A feldolgozás során megtükröztem a képet, így igazi démoni tekintetet kaptam.

I wanted to photograph poppies, and I noticed they close their petals slightly in the evening and open them only at dawn. In the morning, I went out in the dark and liked the eye-form shape. The resemblance was only enhanced by the flower's bud producing a suggestive yellow pupil in good light. I mirrored the image during the digital processing, giving it a real demonic look.
