I saw this scene for the first time two years ago, when I was admiring in the behavior of gophers in my spare time. I immediately made note of it on my list of target photographs because I knew that from a photographic point of view it was the most interesting thing I saw in the world o gophers. Fortunately, this is not a unique scene because gophers love to nibble dandelion seeds and stems when the dandelion scatters its seeds as the grass is cut. This photograph is the result of two weeks’ lying on my stomach.
