Egy egész éjszakán át tartó, akciókkal teli fotózás után meglepő látvány tárult elém. Mikor a felkelő nap már szépen megfestette az eget és a víz felületét, egy kócsag sétált be a les elé. Tavasz lévén pompás nászruhát viselt, amelynek különleges tollai lágyan estek a madár fehér teste fölé. Nem váltottam nagylátószögre, inkább megpróbáltam az átlagos madárfotónal különlegesebb módon visszaadni a pillanat esszenciáját, a kócsag eleganciáját, ahogy ott pihent előttem állva, a narancssárga fényben úszó tájban.

After a full night of action-packed photography a surprising spectacle spread before me. After the rising sun had already painted the sky and the surface of the water, a heron sauntered in front of the hide. It being spring, it was wearing an exquisite nuptial gown, its unusual feathers falling softly above the bird’s white body. I did not switch to a wide angle, rather tried to capture the essence of the moment in a more unusual way from the average bird photograph, the heron’s elegance, the way it rested standing before me in the diffused orange light over the landscape.
