Sárganyakú erdeiegér (Apodemus flavicollis) földalatti lakóhelyének bejárónyílásában tűnik el, egy sötét fenyves mélyén, éjjel. Ezek a rendkívül gyors kisemlősök, alkonyatban elevenednek meg, és kezdik meg táplálékszerző körútjukat. Néhány héten keresztül kijártam ebbe a fenyvesbe, így sikerült néhány szerencsés jelenetet megörökítenem: iszkolás, makk cipelés, hóban mozgás, szökellés, de mind közül, talán ez volt a legérdekesebb. Halszemoptikával varázslatos perspektívában mutathattam be az erdeiegér világát egy fénysorompó segítségével, a gondosan beállított vakuk pedig kimerevítették a pillanatot (Börzsöny).

Yellow-necked wood mouse (Apodemus flavicollis) disappears at the entrance of its underground habitat, deep in a dark pine forest, at night. These extremely swift mammals emerge at dusk and begin their foraging rounds. I went out into this pine forest for a couple of weeks, so I managed to capture some lucky scenes: skittering, acorn-carrying, moving in the snow and leaping, but of all of them, this was perhaps the most interesting. I was able to show the world of the forest mouse from a magical perspective with the help of a light barrier and carefully adjusted flashes to capture the moment (Börzsöny).
